Most Orlando DJ companies send one person with a laptop and rent everything else from somebody else. We staff the booth and own the gear that surrounds it.
Every iRock DJ is also an MC. They handle introductions, keep the timeline moving with your planner and photographer, and read the floor as the night goes — swapping the set when a song isn't landing rather than riding out the playlist. That judgement is the part you're really hiring, and it's why our reviews talk about the room more than the music.
We work across the whole calendar: weddings and receptions, corporate parties and awards nights, quinceañeras and sweet sixteens, school dances and proms, grand openings and brand activations. Orlando crowds are rarely single-culture, so our DJs build sets that move between Latin, Brazilian, Caribbean, Motown, country, top 40 and EDM without emptying the floor — and several of our MCs work in both Spanish and English.
When you want more than a DJ set, we layer live musicians over it: saxophone, trumpet, congas, percussion, violin, guitar or a full fusion band playing alongside the DJ. It's the same booking, the same sound system and the same crew, so nothing has to be coordinated between vendors on the day.
Lighting, floors, screens and effects come from our own warehouse in Ocoee too — uplighting in your colours, intelligent dance floor lighting, kinetic spheres, LED dance floors, video walls, custom monograms, cold sparks, CO2 and dancing-on-a-cloud.
