We handle the full technical side of corporate events: general session sound and staging, breakout room audio, presentation and slide support, stage lighting, screens and LED walls, wireless and lavalier microphones, and on-site technicians who stay for the duration rather than dropping gear and leaving.
Our audio visual rental inventory is our own. Speakers, mixers, projectors, LED panels, truss, lighting fixtures and staging all ship from our Ocoee warehouse, which means when a client adds a breakout room the week of the event we're pulling from stock instead of chasing a subrental and marking it up.
A typical engagement starts with the run of show. We walk the venue, confirm load-in windows, power and rigging points, then build a plan around your agenda — how the general session transitions to breakouts, where the presenters walk, what the sponsors expect to see on screen. Show flow is the part most AV quotes skip and the part that actually decides whether the day runs on time.
We work conferences, summits, general sessions, award galas, product launches, holiday parties and internal town halls across Orlando and Orange County, and we travel nationally for clients who want the same crew at every stop on a tour.
